1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 100M Habit website, mobile application, or purchasing our coaching services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Provided

100M Habit provides a digital habit-tracking application and 1-on-1 coaching sessions. The coaching services are advisory in nature and do not constitute medical or psychological advice.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Coaching Sessions: Payment is required in full to book a session.
• Refund Policy (Coaching): Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• App Subscription: The 100M Habit app offers a 7-day free trial. You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided on this website and within the app is the property of 100M Habit Inc. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 100M Habit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
